your CareGivers selected?
A. Each one of
our CareGivers is thoroughly interviewed, reference
checked and triple screened. We conduct an in depth 3rd
party background check to research and verify past
history. Every CareGiver is an employee of Heavenly Touch
and they are bonded and insured for additional protection.

Who pays the CareGivers?
A. We do. They
are our employees and are paid through our regular
payroll. We take care of all their employment, payroll
taxes, insurance, social security and worker’s
compensation so that you don’t have to worry about
anything.

Q. Are you licensed, bonded and insured?
A. Yes, and all of our
employees are covered by Worker's Compensation Insurance
as well to insure worry-free service to all of our
customers.

How do you find such good people?
A. We start our employees from day one making top wages
(we have always paid considerably above minimum wage), we
treat them right, and of course do the necessary reference
and background check. We also offer more incentives and
benefits than most other services.

Q. How
can I make payment?
A. We accept
cash, check, MasterCard and Visa. For senior care
services, we require a small
deposit before services begin, then we can bill you on a
weekly basis, payable within 10 days.

Do you accept insurance?
A. We are a
private pay company, and while most health insurance plans
do not cover our services, many Long Term care plans do
cover non-medical home care and assistance with activities
of daily living. We can review your Long Term policy and
offer you a comprehensive plan to meet your future care
needs.

Q.
Will I have to sign a contract?
A. Not a
contract, but an agreement that acknowledges that you will
not offer any Heavenly Touch personnel private employment
and that you will provide at least a 2 week notice upon
cancellation of service. This agreement also clearly
defines the services that Heavenly Touch will be providing
and payments policies for your convenience.

Q. How much
notice do you need for scheduling?
A. We schedule a
week in advance but can usually place someone within 24
hours if need be.

Can I interview the CareGiver?
A. Our company
is responsible for screening, hiring, managing and
scheduling the CareGivers and we have many years
experience in this area. Our initial In-Home consultation
with the client and family will help us to develop a
profile of the type of CareGiver the client wants and
needs. If a client wants to change CareGivers for any
reason, we will do so at no charge, as many times as
necessary until the client is completely satisfied. That
is our “Warranty of Compatibility”.

Q. Can my regular cleaner do additional tasks not covered in my daily program?
A. Yes, just call the office with your request or email / fax our next visit checklist, a minimum of 48 hours before your scheduled visit. Since we work on a schedule with multiple home owners we do our best to accommodate everyone’s needs.

Q. What
are your fees?
A. The cost of our service
depends on the particular job / visit, conditions and frequency
that you desire. We can customize a package for any
customer and any budget. We do have special discounts (click
here for details) for new customers and
also provide additional specials for our regular customers
including a $25 Refer-a-Friend program (click
here for details). We will quickly provide
a quote when you phone us to discuss your particular
needs. We charge an all-inclusive fee for our services
with no hidden fees or charges. The only additional charge
is 42¢ per mile for incidental transportation if
